A rant about zombies
Having recently played rather a lot of GW2, I've become increasingly annoyed with the presence of zombies and other assorted undead and/or risen stuff everywhere. It's not that I have anything against zombies per se - it's the quantity that's getting to me. They are everywhere. Games: zombies. Fantasy books: zombies. Films: zombies. And now with Halloween approaching - more zombies! Seriously? That's not even creative. The last quarter of the storyline, not to mention almost all of the endgame content in GW2 is spent fighting zombies (ok, the lore has something to do with that, too), but if it has to be undead, at least make it look like some
End of an Era
Hey guys!
Tomorrow morning I'm heading back to Austria (for good?) after five years abroad. I still have a couple of months to go with PhD hand-in and -aftermath but I guess it's safe to say life's going to change a lot for me. I'm happy and sad about leaving in pretty equal measures, not going to miss the crappy house or crappy internet but I'm going to miss my friends and my independence (having to live with mum & dad until I can get a job), the sea, and speaking english ;)

(first of all, a huge thanks to my watchers, old and new! Here I was, two months ago, wondering how I'd made it to 14k pageviews - and suddenly, I'm on 15k! thank you all!! :glomp:)
I never talk about art block. I don't normally see periods of artistic inactivity as art block, because I usually find some other creative outlet.
